  • Have answers to these questions ready- Who? Where? What? Why? These are the questions your little ones will love asking you. So knit the whole session in your head beforehand.
  • If it’s your first try, don’t aim too high/think of overdoing it.
Think of the kind of story you want to tell- one with learning in it, fun story or a silly one.
  • Modulate your voice for each character in your story. Your child will love it!
  • Let your child decide the name of the characters, places etc.
  • You start a sentence and as the story progresses, you can have your little genius finish sentences. That ways they are bound to use their imagination better.
  • Make the story is not too loud. Remember, it’s bedtime. You want to wind them down and not rev them up!
